i dont think its bad for you, except maybe for the sugar, but freshly brewed Green tea is definitly better healthwise. Try brewing some yourself and put it over ice. Add sweetener..good luck.

Any Green tea is good...Arizona Green Tea is really good! It's not too sweet like some others on the market, plus I think you can even warm it up to drink it hot. I've never tried it hot, but I think I will now since it's getting colder.

YES Green Tea is GREAT FOR YOU, Now I don't know about Arizona's green tea but I do know FOR SURE that Green Tea is GOOD FOR YOU. OH Green tea taste OK, Better w/HONEY

Yes, its full of anti-oxidants. These keep you from getting sick and help your complexion greatly! The taste is light, but is very good.

actually its not the best, read the ingridients, has fuctros corn syrup..many calories, i recomend china green tips made by tazo http://www.tazo.com/default.asp?hasFlash=1&init=. you can get it at starbucks, its the real deal, whats good about green tea is the antioxidants...

its better than sweet tea, well at least health wise. =) i like the lipton green tea better, the diet one. it's not as sweet.

that stuff is bomb i drink it almost everyday. . . i like the little hint of honey. . . also it has to be really cold and shaken very well
