How do you simply describe "spirituality" and what it means?

I believe I am a spiritual being having a human experience.

Spirituality, is simple, follow you inner spirit. The rest comes naturally, but ignoring the ego is the trick to the enlightenment, saying your spiritual, cause you believe in it's teaching is one thing but being is another.

The Other Two are the Mental Realm and then the Physical Realm.

simply, well spirituality is how each individual defines why they are alive and what being alive means to them. Spirituality has to do with something that is unseen a part of yourself that you feel is bigger than your body, something that for many people connects them to a greater sense of commonality and belonging to the world. For me i am not religious, i do not define my spirituality through dogma or a god figure. but i do feel that the life within all creatures is to big to be accidental, and that we are all connected in our need to find peace and harmony in the world.
