People who do that have no class. I'm sure everyone has been taught to cover their mouth when they sneeze or cough but for some people, even in adulthood they choose to ignore good manners.
It pains me at times to see a child with a parent who has such poor manners because most likely the child will turn out the same or even worse.
The fault at times may not lay on the parents or guardian because no matter they teach the child, the child may just be flatout ignorant.
Unfortunately there are alot of those kinds of people.. It sucks!

I only do that if I'm in the middle of doing like a jazz dance or something- not much to do then- but in general? Maybe their parents never really tought them that they should cover their mouths when sneezing.

Many possible reasons. Upbringing(not taught to cover their mouth when sneezing), lazy or tired, don't know about germs and how they are spread, rude and inconsiderate or maybe even just a caught of guard type of sneeze(it happens).

Because they keep forgetting that there germs pass on to other people. They think that nobody else will get sick from them. And I think it is disrespectful when no one covers that when they do so. I don't like it either when people don't cover their nose/mouth when they sneeze

cuz then you'll get snot all over your hand and that gross. No, Seriously when I sneeze and don't cover my mouth is when it comes without warning. Either that or they just don't care I use to know this guy I worked with at subway who was always picking his nose while talking to people I asked him why he did that and he said he just didn't care what people thought.

The worst ones are the ones who sneeze and then refuse a kleenex when it is offered to them. Instead they wipe their nose on their hands. This guy who sits beside me in my college geometry class is always hacking and sneezing all over the place.
