The word "Worlds" is not in the Holy Bible.
Maybe you were thinking one of these. I read the Douay-Rheims Bible, so the wording may not be exactly the same. Hope this helps.
Esther 13
2 Whereas I reigned over many nations, and had brought all the world under my dominion, I was not willing to abuse the greatness of my power, but to govern my subjects with clemency and lenity, that they might live quietly without any terror. and might enjoy peace, which is desired by all men.
Psalms 49
12 If I should be hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.

Hbr 1:2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by [his] Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
Hbr 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
These are the only verses that come close to your quote. In them He is speaking of the Universe.

There is a verse that says "Many WORDS have I spoken unto you..." maybe that's what you mean. A concordance in the back of your Bible should help.

I wonder if you were reading the Book of Mormon instead of the Bible?

God does not say that in the bible.
and so no one is confused here is
Hebrews1
1In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, 2but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe. 3The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. 4So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs.
Hebrews 11
1Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. 2This is what the ancients were commended for.
3By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God's command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible. 4By faith Abel offered God a better sacrifice than Cain did. By faith he was commended as a righteous man, when God spoke well of his offerings. And by faith he still speaks, even though he is dead.

Only two verses in the Bible with the plural word "Worlds"
Hbr 1:2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by [his] Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hbr 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
