Lunges work the quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Instead of writing all these out you can go to www.bodyforlife.com and see their demos. If you don't want to do lunges the best thing after these is using leg extension machine in the gym, hamstring machine. For glutes you can do leg lifts, hold some of them. You can do these from the floor or standing. Walking lunges with weights work really well tho. How about lunges on the step with weights.

Squats(barbell) or a deadlift variation would probably be just as effective if not more. I suggest a stiff-legged deadlift if you'd like to work on your glutes.
