We're planning a 2 day/2night trip, and want our babysitter to stay with our 2 kids during that time. We usually pay her $15.
How much should we pay for 2 days?

You should pay her the same amount for when your kids are awake and then come up with a set rate for the overnight period. If your kid(s) do not sleep through the night then I would factor that into the equation since your sitter won't be sleeping through the night either.

When we went away this is how we paid our sitter:
7am-8pm awake hours paid @$15/hour
8pm-7am sleeping hours $100

I know families who pay between $75 and $150 for the overnight portion or they just pay per hour but at half of the regular rate.

good luck, hope this helps and enjoy your weekend away!

I've never used it but you could try the Sittercity's Babysitter Rate Calculator:

"Parents, are you wondering how much to pay a babysitter? Sitters, are you wondering how much to charge? Try Sittercity's Babysitter Rate Calculator to find out!

Sittercity's Babysitter Rate Calculator is the most accurate tool out there for determining babysitting rates because it uses rates based on real data from Sittercity, the biggest babysitter site in the world. We use a special formula to average the rates of all the jobs in our database, adding weight to the most recent jobs, the most popular jobs, and the closest jobs to your zipcode. We remove from consideration jobs which are statistically abnormal in terms of rate. Once we've got this raw data, we combine it with information gleaned from focus groups of parents and sitters to come up with the most accurate rates available. We also recalculate rates regularly, so you should always be seeing up to date information."
