Go to the doctor and get a physical. If the doctor agrees that you're not underweight, you have an expert opinion to back you up.

Know if you need to lose weight
Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.
You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm
BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese
Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good weight loss goal.

Firstly, how old are you? If you are still in your early teens, you are perfectly fine, but certainly don't need to lose any weight. If you are in your later teens, then you are considered a little underweight technically, but it depends on other factors, such as your frame size and metabolism. Your body fat may be totally fine, even though you are underweight. If you are concerned and want to put your parents' minds at rest, go to see your doctor, who can confirm whether you are healthy or not. HTH : )

Look up a Body Mass Index chart online and see if you weigh what you are supposed to weigh. The BMI chart is not anything written in stone; it's just a guide. But you should be close. For example, according to the chart a male who's 5'11"-6'0" should weigh about 175lbs. I'm that height and weigh 177lbs...close enough.

Ask one of them to make a doctor appointment for you and let the doctor decide.

gain muscle weight. you are "technically" underweight for ur height. so, build muscle and that will make u weigh more but you'll still look good and be healthy and you'll weigh more and everyone will be happy
