as long as you dont have a really bad cough (only because when you workout you breathe hard and it may make you cough non stop) then its fine, its actually good for you because it helps boost your immune system and also it lets you sweat it out so you might get rid of your cold faster

if it's a slight cold then its not harmless. Just make sure you take care of that cold so that it wont get worse. =)

its ok just dont run or go outsie to workout but other than that youll be fine
