Can a person actually 100% not believe in God? Is that even possible? Does doubt count as belief? How do we know what we each believe in total? We profess, we act, but who believes more or less than another in anything that is used as a word? What makes you more or less comfortable around other people, that they wonder if you are going to eternal damnation or that they can build confidence that your mistakes are really unavoidable and either embrace you or contain you so that you don't cause the end of civilization from whatever dysfunction that you may carry?

Can a person actually 100% not believe that the moon is cheese, that unicorns exist, that a fairy really exchanges baby teeth for loose change?

I certainly hope so.

Doubt is not belief; lack of belief is NOT NOT NOT belief.

The rest of your post makes no sense to me.

There is nothing in this world that could separate the Love your Father in Heaven has for you but sin...Sin is all that stops you from drawing close to Him..You doubt because your Father is trying to get you to listen to Him but you keep clouding up your mind with things..Just sit down and be quiet and tell Him you are going to listen to Him tell Him you want Him to speak to you..Watch and see if He speaks to you..I truly believe He has called you, it is your time to hear Him..give Him a chance..

I can think of lots of bizarre stuff that's obviously not real--are you allowed to watch television? do you truly believe in the muppets on sesame street? how about the charmed ones? are they real too? you can think of them, can't you?--or maybe there's a serious limit on your thinking capability

Something that you can think of? I'm sure you've thought of unicorns...do you believe in them?
