I got my first M.I.P. deferred by going through the "probation deferral program." However, then I got another M.I.P.... it seems that I cannot avoid having this one placed on my record... What does this mean? Will I have a hard time finding a job later in life? I'm a sophomore in college.

Its only a violation I believe. You would not have to report it since it is not a misdemeanor or felony. However you may have to pay a fine and go to alcohol school.
