What are the implications of having an M.I.P. on your record, in Michigan?

I got my first M.I.P. deferred by going through the "probation deferral program." However, then I got another M.I.P.... it seems that I cannot avoid having this one placed on my record... What does this mean? Will I have a hard time finding a job later in life? I'm a sophomore in college.

Note: M.I.P. = Minor in Possession (of alcohol)
