Does anyone know how many cup cakes I can make with a standard box of Betty Crocker cake mix (18.4 oz)?

Depending on how full you fill the cups you can get 22-24 cupcakes per boxed cake mix.

Don't use the box. Boxed mixes are full of harmful preservatives, most notably hyrdogenated oils. It is like eating poison. Making cake batter from scratch is easy and not at all time consuming. Plus, it tastes a hell of a lot better.

I skimped and actually made the 24 they said you can make on the box. But you can only fill each cup about half full.

it says on the box how many you can get out of a mix,, I would not fill them up much past 1/2 full,, so you can put alot of frosting on them that makes them best!!!!
