I'm curious does it matter if you the same exercise back to back or as long as let's say you do 20 sets twice just not back to back ?? *LoL* I'm confusing myself so I'm going to leave it at that. Thanks

Yes I know what they mean but are they suppose to be done back to back in order to really benefit from exercising ??

repeats of a series of excercise or exercises

just do that exercise until your tired
