due to hypothyrodism ..my metabolism decreased greatly and i gained 15 pounds during 3 months ..i'm now recieving a hormonal replacement treatment ,,,but so depressed due to my weight gain ,,my wedding is very soon

I started using a "No Diet Weight Loss Plan". Honestly, I did not diet (that's boring), eat special foods (that cost extra money), skip meals (that makes your stomach growl), or even exercise (physically that is hard for me to do because of my back). I have lost 20 pounds in 26 days and 2" in my waist and I have 30 more pounds to go. It is the simpliest weight loss plan that I have ever experienced and I am 45 years old

People start dressing better, showing more confidence, becoming more organized, more dedicated in relationships and more at peace.

Initially, weight loss can be as high as three-to-four pounds per day, but as the fast continues, the average loss will be one pound-per-day. If you are juice fasting and not losing weight, the juice is supplying all the calories you need. You may have to cut down on the juices or alternate between water fasting and juice fasting if losing weight is part of your goal. The slower your metabolism is the slower the weight loss.

Why? Is your partner conscious enough of your weight gain? you can always adjust the size of your wedding attire. Having a crash diet for a specific time will only lead you to gaining more weight after the event. if you should engage in a weight loss program, you should be dedicated to do this for lifetime health reasons. If your partner hates you because you became fat, then he/she does not deserve you after all. Depression is more like comparing your body to others, which is wrong. Feel sexy and you'll be even become more sexier, slimmer and healthier. your love one will eve love you more.
