One thing that always tastes good for lunch or to nibble on is cleaned fresh veggies in a bowl covered with a lid. I use baby carrots, celery pieces, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and maybe some green pepper strips. A low fat turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato on diet bread is also good for lunch. You can buy baked chips such as Doritos and potato chips. For a low fat dessert, try the Fat Free Twinkies. A nice bottle of cold water with a slice of lemon tastes great also.

I love a large salad. I cut up peppers, mushrooms, hard salami or some kind of meat, and I use the veggie lovers lettuce and add some spinach. I like sesame ginger salad dressing. I top it off with cheese. yummm!!! It is SO good. It's filling too with the meat and cheese and since it's a large tupper wear comtainer that I use.
