It seems to happen a lot. If I pig out, it shows up (and this is very subtle 'heavier,' but) some days after the fact.

So, what's the food doing in the interim? You'd think I'd go straight from feeling stuffed to feeling bloated, but no. There's a break inbetween the two. What on earth is the food doing?

When you don't eat your body goes into survival mode and sends a message to your body to start storing up. It is better to eat a healthy regular diet then being willy nilly for just such a reason. Also, water gain can account for up to 10 lbs of water weight so it is important to get those 8 8 oz glasses of water a week.

it you working out and lifting weights it's musle...don't worry...or you are eating too much salt...
