Unfortunately there are like a hundred bad ways to handle this and only a few good ways. First off I wouldn't make up a story or elaborate tale of why you can't or don't want to be with him like that- those only lead to more trouble, trust me, I know first hand. You may say something that will have the opposite affect and make him really chase after you. Just be honest with him and tell him exactly how you feel and what you want. If he really cares about you he will respect your wishes, you can even give him that exact line. If that doesn't work there are always the oldies but goodies: a good sized 2X4 to the head will get 'em outta your life or the tried and true 'change of appearance'. Hey, it works in Alias!

Tell him NO and that should take care of it. Just because he is in love with you does not obligate you to get married. Besides, you are only 15 and therefore still a minor and can't just get married. Tell him that if he loves you he can wait until you are old enough and if you do not feel the same for him be fair and break up with him

Why are you waiting for him to break up with you? Break up with him!
If you don't want him let him go. You don't have to wait on him, you don't owe him anything you are only 15 for goodness sakes. When I was 15 every guy I dated said they wanted to marry me, that is what they are supposed to say! He is young and infatuated. You aren't the first and you most certainly are not the last. Just leave him alone.

Oh S*** is that dude thinking straight. Tell him how you feel something like " We are too young, maybe we are not soul mates, there is probably someone way better than me out there for you, " though it probably is not true and say " you are better off without me " but dont end it or start it or anything with We can still be friends cuz that kills a guy I swear.

just tell him that you arent ready for marriage . And if he can't understand that then let it go. Don't let noone force or pressure you into doing something you dont want to becuz you will regret it I think 17 is too young to get married to .

Why must he be the one to end it? You are 1/2 of the party. Just start making excuses that you can't see him, and do things that you know he won't like. Or just tell him plainly that it is over.

just tell him you both are too young to start thinking about getting married right now and should just enjoy being with each other, if you don't love him then you should just break up with him, not try to get him to do it for you.

Don't wait for him to do it; he obviously has no intention of breaking up with you. If he's getting this emotionally attached to the point where you're uncomfortable, it's time for you to break up with him. I know it's tough, but better now than later.

aww, that's really sweet, but why would you break up with someone that's totally into you though?well, maybe you need to consider things, why dont you talk to him first, tell him what's bothering you and maybe, just maybe you'll stay with him..unless you don't like him anymore...but remember, if you ever break up with him, do it with sympathy and in a nice and sincere way. ;]
