Be tolerant and polite. Once you establish a relationship, then drop the bomb on some helpful suggestions. Being rude will get you nothing but scorn from her and the teacher, not to mention bad karma.

Sorry to return your question with a question, but what is so gross about her? Ok the internet nerdy stuff is kinda creepy, but not gross. And if she likes smells bad or digs out her boogies in class you simply tell her this sentence..." You are a lady. Conduct yourself as one." And be done with it. Be a classy 6th grader. Not a hater.
