I have never used it before, and I am told that it doesn't, but I am still scared. Have any of you tried it?

I didn't have any cramping when it I had to take it before a procedure. but don't wander far from the bathroom. It does not take long to work and it works thoroughly.

Don't use it unless your doctor has asked you to do so for some medical test. Never caused cramping with me, but you do get immediate, and I mean IMMEDIATE results. Make sure there is a fresh roll in the toilet, and a spare. Plan to spend most of the next two hours there after you take it.

Yes it can cause cramping. Other things to look out for are dehydration and chemical/metabolical imbalances...keep drinking plenty of fluids. Avoid gassy foods while taking the laxative and this should lessen the effects of the cramping.

I think you mean magnesium citrate comes in a little green bottle.
no cramping, but it works fast. drink it real cold and don't wander too far from the bathroom

sodium citratie....yes, it blows out your a--hole big time. Big time potassium loss...contributing to heart problems, namely death.
