i want to make some kind of edible treat for my daughter's 2nd grade class using individually wrapped candies. the weirder & spookier the better. i only want to use indivually wrapped candies bc some parents are weird about their kids bringing home food that's open (even if they got it from class). any ideas?

Have you checked on Kraft.com or FamilyFun. com yet? I always find very good recipes and maybe other people are having the same trouble where stuff has to be wrapped too. You could always resort to making something spooky out of a roll of lifesavers like in the old days LOL! Or bring the Life Savers rolls and have the kids add the deco like black pipe cleaners, etc and make it a contest. Have fun!

Make ghosts using lollipops. Put a piece of
white felt or paper, tie a orange string around
Then a black pen to make the face.

rice crispie treats are a classic and really easy to make. to make them more halloweeny sprinkle black and orange jimmies on top.

for the parents that wont let their kid eat them, thats their own fault.

Are you allowed to send in homemade treats?
That's not allowed in our school system.
I'd check before making something.
