Has anyone had this done and if so what were your results - were you happy with it and if not why. I'm thinking of having it done soon so appreciate all details.

Fishbisquit -thanks for that info. I was rather worried about the fat loss. I want to do this for sagging skin around my jawline and basically overall face. My jawline and neck are my main concerns.

I know some one who had this done and she said it HURT!! She had been given pain killers before the procedure and they were no help at all. The worst part about it was that she didn't see any results after it was over.
If you are worried about sagging skin you might want to look into the Fraxel laser treatment. You go in for 3 to 4 treatments and get amazing results.

For what purpose do you want this treatment? There are reports that at high frequencies, with less experienced technicians, it may cause fat loss. I would be weary if I were you and possibly consider photorejuvenatino with IPL instead. HTH : )
