you bet. Laws maybe more or less harsh, depending on the state your in. Leagalize it dadmmit. Its funny you know, weed became a tool for Americans to control mexican and the blacks back in the 19th century. Look at what it has become. Someday...it will be legal...someday......
Our country has spent over 100 BILLION dollars and counting on the war on drugs.....which is more like the war on marijuana. America is LOSING the war on marijuana, it always has been. They just dont see it. The hemp plant can solve ALL our energy needs...oil and gas. Not to mention clothing, paper, food, cooking oil, ...the list goes on and on. It makes me sad.

Poor Mary Ann! She was stuck on the island all of those years with all of those unattractive men for goodness sakes (except the proffessor, and he was too busy building radios out of coconuts to be bothered)! Doesn't Mary Ann deserve to have a little puff of the ole Mary Jane every now and again? LOL! You're right about her mugshot though! That's the happiest mugshot I have ever seen! yes the law can bust you that is what got me in some s---! more than likley they won't get a search warrent for your house for that unless they have been told something about you like you are big timing!!!! i was pulled over for a rolling stop and they searched my ride..weed grinder is all they got but in the center where it gets stuck was a little.. anyway i was set up.. watch out!

If they have been used and have trace material, without a doubt if the officer sees fit. In some states it could be considered paraphernalia and good for a ticket at the very least, regardless of used or not.

Yes for drug paraphalia and if theres weed in the weed grinder most likeley posession of marijuana. If the cop is a dick he will scrape the grinder for shake.

In the state of NJ, if there is any residue on either item yes. You would then be charged with possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. However, if they are both brand new, then there is nothing illegal about possessing them. Check with your local state. As a matter of fact, show then to a state trooper and see what he or she says.

Yes you can get busted for what ever they want. Stand up with the people and fight for the right to smoke....Check out the site norml it will give you state by state laws...

It depends on where you live. Some jurisdictions have laws against paraphernalia.

If they're sparkling new, no. But if they've ever been used for weed, even once, then they're paraphanelia. It's usually just a $200.00 ticket.

Just the paraphernalia with no trace of drugs? No because you could be using that for tobacco or something else.
But either way, you shouldn't have it lying around in plain view.
