How do you make bangs like this?

So I got a hair cut and I got my bangs so that their to the side and suppose to be "piecey" But I can't get them to do that. How do you do that?

use texure pomade, of gel them to look piecy...

Wella makes a liquid pomade...which works well for that.

try soem hair spray then run a brush though them to break them apart.
