first i apologize for asking this question, but i really need an answer for my problem, this is very embarrassing.

around a month ago, i have noticed that the skin around my balls is turning red, i thought it would disapear, but it didnt.

later on, i began to feel sweat inside my ***, and a horrible smell would come out,i noticed red areas inside around my anus hole, i used to take a bath 3 times a day, it was horrible, then i thought i should use a baby powder, cuz it takes the smell, and keep everything clean.it worked then

after that to this moment, the skin inside my *** and around my balls is kinda of burned ,not really burned,it peels.

i cant go to a doctor,i cant explain, but if i did, my whole family will know, and i would die before that happens.

anyway, i havent gone out with anybody for more than a month ,its killing me, i need to know if i should wait and it will go by itself, or should i leave to see a doctor outside of town.

This is an interanl issue with your butt anyway. You must cleanse the bowels with a colon cleanse. All illness' and disease start with the bowels because you must get rid of the toxins in the body. Even your other issue would benefit from a detox. Several cleanses are out there to choose from and I use the one at healmarketplace.com.

Best of health to you

Cheers

It could be something as simple as a fungal infection, (jock itch) that chould be cleared up with an over the counter ointment. Or if you are sexually active it could be an STD and will require antibiotics. You shouldn't be embarrased about it. Women have to go get checked out in the nether regions all the time. It's best to be safe with your health and see a doc to be sure. Go to a clinic in another town if necessary but get checked out so you can get it cleared up. Either a fungal infection or STD can be spread to others.

It sounds like you could have a fungal infection. It won't get better without medicine. I vote with seeing a doctor out of town, or telling mom you need a physical and seeing your regular. He won't tell anyone about the condition. Get treatment. It doesn't sound like something that will go away on its own. Oh, and if you wear tighty whities and sweat it causes this or makes it worse. Get some boxers.

well first of all the baby powder will only irritate it even more so stop that immmediately! you need to see a dr. ASAP, leave town if you must. theres really no way of telling it could be numerous of things like an STD first off, especially since its in the genital area. you really really need to go soon, it wont go away on its own DEFINITELY!!!!!!!!

Yes, as an RN...you need to see a doctor. Doctors care about your health, they will Never tell anyone your problem if you do not want them to. You may just need some simple antibiotics to cure you.
If you do not go, it may get worse.
Make an appointment. It will be fine.
