I'd like to do an experiment and cut out all sweets and junk and unnatural foods for the next few weeks up to Thanksgiving. I'd like to know what will happen in my body, and why? Thanks!

You will eventually find a renewed daily endurance. Your body is used to periodic bursts of sugar energy. When you suddenly stop eating junk food, your body will often tire at first. Once the junk food is out of your system and the nutritious food takes over, you will be more energetic.

You will feel much better. You do need a bit of sugar. But soda's & junk food give you away to much. Replace the junk food with fruit & veggies. I had to do that.
Along with smaller regular meals & eating more often I lost 100 lbs. & I have kept it off for 5 yrs. If I mess around with junk food I start to gain. Was a hard lesson to teach myself to walk by it & leave it in the store. Don't buy it I can't eat if.

You will feel ill at first while your body searches for a new source of energy other than junk food, but after a few days, you will feel better than you did before. You will have renewed energy and you will also lose weight. Good luck.

Your body will detoxify. You may well feel weak, dizzy, or a bit ill. This will pass after a few days or so. Then you will start to feet full of energy and better than you have in a long time. Try it & see.
