Ask your doctor to have you tested and evaluated.

Definitely a doctor. And by the way, I thought I had all kinds of things until a psychiatrist found a really bad thyroid problem that was making my heart race all day and my brain go in many directions.
Definitely, a doctor with a good battery of blood tests before they attach any psychological labels to you. Too many misdiagnoses cause a lot of harm.

It sounds more like ADD or caffeine dependence than OCD. OCD is when you have obsessions with things like washing your hands over and over or checking your windows or locks repeatedly. If it's starting to interfere with your daily life and it really bugs you, I suggest talking to your doctor about it.

Neither. Why is everyone always looking for something to blame for their behavior. How do you know this isn't how everyone else experiences reality? Just relax and stop being such a spaz.

Adult ADD? Get a freaking clue. If you believe that then you're nothing but a tool of the pharmaceutical industry.

I recommend that you go to a doctor to help you. OCD and ADD can be treated effectively.

I was recently diagnosed with Adult ADD.. At age 42. Talk to your doctor. Have you had these symptoms most of your life. It's worth it to get it checked out. Good luck.

It could be ADHD, you are not too old to be tested. When you drink coffee, it's a stimulant like Dexedrine

Sounds to me like adult ADD. Talk with your dr and they can test you for this. No one is too old to be tested for anything.
