They showed me how to screw my head on properly more than once. I'm glad they didn't decide to just toss in the towel!

Of course we are influnced by our parents...or whomever filled that place in our lives. Both positive and negative things about my parents influnced me. They were human too and made mistakes . Whether good or bad I choose to learn from everything(my own too) to make positive changes or growth.
Even if really bad things happen we ourselves choose how they influnence us.

soooooo true, I do things and say, wow I am my mom. some things are opposite though. my mom wasnt very open about life in general, and I am very open and not shy to answer sex questions. plus I notice my son is alot like his dad with raising his kids. firm but loving.
