sa bum nim translates to senior instructor or master. Depending on the art, sa bum nim corresponds to a black belt rank. For instance, in the Pasaryu System, an instructor does not attain the title of sa bum nim until third degree black belt. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the blank belt rank that must be attained in tae kwon do to earn the title of sa bum nim.

Sa Bum Nim means Master Instructor in the WTF traditional Tae Kwon Do.
Sa Boo Nim means Grandmaster
Kwangjannim is the formal way to address a Grandmaster
Kyo Sa Nim means assistant Instructor

Kyo Sa Nim could be 1st dan -3rd dan
Sa Bum Nim would be 4th dan-6 dan
Sa Boo Nim would be 7th dan -9th dan

Sah Bam: often it means instructor or instructor that has attained a masters rank 3rd or 4th dan, Kyo Sah are often 1st or 2nd degree blackbelts.

Nim: often a reference to saying "sir" or "ma'am" to address the individual person. most often when addressing an instructor.
