Is there an artist by the name of Morello? Or any variation of spelling that name? ALso, who painted pictures of the Virgin Mary in the late 1700's? i'm curious cuz my aunt has a painting like i described and someone told her that its a Morello and if it's an original its worth millions. Just wondering if the person knows his art stuff or is full of crap.

The closest I can think of is Murillo who was born and lived in Seville, Spain from 1617 to 1682.
He did indeed paint a number of "madonnas" and links to his most well-known are attached below.
If your aunt has a genuine Murillo, it will be worth millions, but it will be a painting that is currently unknown to the art world, so the provenance would have to be very good.
If it is genuine - don't forget your friend The Lipsiot who gave you this information !

In the 1700s, religious icons were very popular. You can't really tell the value of a painting just based on the artist's name though. You'd really need to have it appraised by a reputable appraiser. Usually an art gallery could point you in the right direction.
