isnt that true lower, middle, upper class men find their way to sleep with their own standard of indian prostitutes?

when these men visit frequently, they tell the women they love them. The women in the group laugh a bit about the men's proclamations of love, but there's a tragic fact behind their laughter: more than half of the sex workers are HIV positive.

pimps and brothel owners in india know very well the sex industry is a multi-million dollar business and they dont care about health. all about money. highest prices go for the youngest girls, many of whom have been kidnapped from other countries and trafficked to India. indian sex industry is controlled by indian mafia and corrupted people.

the truth is the rich upper class men can even get celebrities, indian escort websites claim they can get indian celebrities for one night sex, upon request.

instead of visiting prosituties, some men started to have pre-marital sex with random women, cost them nothing. women who have pre-marital sex also enjoy these men, so they indirectly encourage men to have pre-marital sex.

if enough men dont get enough sex, they visit prosititutes, pimps are encouraged by these men to get more women (of all ages). so if both men and women do not learn to control their mind, body and spirit then what can be done to reduce the HIV AIDS?

everything comes down to one person taking responsiblity for his/her own actions, their actions affect not only one person but everyone in thier community, unless people behaviour change nothing can be done to stop/reduce HIV AIDS in india.

It is really a paradox that in India where there is more spirituality in practice, we have more cases of HIV in India. It is a myth to say that in India people are less sex crazy. We must bear in mind that it is a land Vatsayana. Sensuality and spirituality co-exist in Indian society. It has been endeavour of the people to graduate from sexual life to spiritual life. There are four stages starting from Brahmacharya in ones life, where one is expected to observe the dharma appropriate to the dharma. Hence, the myth that Indian people practise abstinence shoudl be exploded. A healthy sexual life must have been practised until the society by and large was affluent and free from basic needs. The Indian society was like that when the rulers were ruling their land, free from the enemies and the dangers from external threats. Mass starvation was unknown to India, in the olden era. Imperialism and colonialism have taken a heavy toll on our economy and consequently on our morality. In short, morality, besides being a moral question, is fundamentally a economic question also. The West is more a promiscuous society. The very fact that there is not many HIV cases in the western countries shows that there is a co-relation between poverty and HIV cases rather than spirituality and HIV cases.

Becoming spiritual doesn't mean that HIV/AIDS can be reduced.
Many of our spiritual leaders are more behind sex than their ordinary counterparts.
After all, sex isn't at all against spirituality.
Prostitution and brothels are social problems.
Banning of these institutions alone won't solve any problem, rehabilitation is the real task.
If given an opportunity 99% of the prostitutes are willing to lead a normal and decent life, I bet.
What they need are:
1.A positive outlook from the society.
2.A moderate source of income.
3.Protection from the anti-socials and pimps.
4.A political will from the government to treat the mafia and goons who deal the industry as criminals and award punishment in the highest degree.

Indian phylosophy is the best solution for Hiv/Aids control.
It says "KAMA" (sex) with "SAIYAMA' (control). They have
even said that "Brahmacharya" to be maintained upto 21 years
before entering into "GRAHASTA'' (married life), and after
marriage to be faithful to one wife "Eka Pathni vratasta". Thus
India is now infected by outsiders resulting in increase of HIV.
But these days the Propaganda i.e Publicity Advertisement of
Hiv has become the biggest deciese worst than HIV itself.
However India is not in first two places of the world in Aids.

1.Right from the childhood proper training is needed. Time bound activities to be planned up to 4 years before schooling at home itself including toilet training , early rising, love for books etc.
2. Choice of montessori system school is must where up to class five play-way method is adopted for real learning. Programme includes gardening, sand pit playing, dance, music , poetry and creative arts such as drawing, painting etc.
