im 15 and miserable. i love my mom but i cant stand my father... he makes rude remarks and stares at me all the time.... he lets his friends say they are goin to get in my apnts and stuff like that.. he has threatened to hit me before and he may do it soon... help!

Tell your mother, if your mother don't do anything, call the cops. in the state of illinois, i think you have to be 18 years old, unless, there's an agreement to live with another adult relative.
I'm sure your dad's friends are over 18, so when they say those things to you, that is illegal!

Have you spoken to your mom about all this? If she does nothing you need to report your fears to someone!! In the state of Illinois it is legal at the age of 17 to move out into your own place if you have the means to do so.
