My daughter's daycare is slacking in a few areas regarding state regulations and I would like to file a formal complaint but don't know how or where to do so. Help!!!

I beleive you would need to start by contacting DCFS (Dept. of Family and children Services) as daycares work very closely with them. Tell them what is going on and they should be able to direct you to the proper departement. Good luck.

Better Business Bureau, Health Department. If you are not able to get the information there, call your local children's services and get the information from them....Good Luck
