As there is no heaven to go to, no. In fact NONE of us, heterosexual or homosexual or bisexual or asexual will go to heaven.
But homosexuals are just people. They are generally good people like we're all generally good people.

"Kingdom of Heaven" is probably not the same thing as "Heaven" first of all. This was something that was looked for on earth.
Nevertheless, it implies that there's something wrong with Gays, if they cannot be a part of God's earthly Kingdom. You have to remember the time and context in which Paul wrote those words. The Corinthians were a very sexually loose people. They were known for that. It was a place where sailors would stop for a "good time" if you know what I mean. And the rumor was, you had to be really something to handle a night in Corinth.
Heterosexual men practiced homosexual acts in Corinth. That was the norm there, and the one who penetrated was seen as dominating the one who was penetrated. It was more of an act of dominance, than an act of intimacy between two people in love. That is what Paul "knew" of homosexuality. To Paul, he probably was not even aware that such a thing as a homosexual relationship based on mutual love existed.

An atheist who cites scripture? Color me impressed, friend.
That verse says that the "unrighteous" will not inherit the kingdom of God; then it lists homosexuals as an example. Paul wrote this during the same era in his ministry as he wrote Romans 1:18-32, which sheds more light on this issue. The passage in Romans begins with the idea that God has revealed the truth to everyone, many chose to reject it, so he just left them up to the natural consequences of their choice. Homosexuality, in other words, is not to be seen as a specific sin that keeps one out of Heaven as it is a normal indication that one has chosen to reject the truth that God has revealed to them. Faith, Paul goes on to say at great length in the rest of his epistle to the Romans, is what is counted as righteousness--not whether someone practices homosexuality. If the verse in 1 Corinthians is understood in light of Paul's words to the Romans, then it makes more sense. In Paul's way of thinking homosexuality is a normal sign that one does not believe in God.
For the record, I'm not a homosexual, nor do I condone the sins related to its practice, but these things have to be put in their proper perspective. Any sin can be forgiven except that of disbelief.

The Bible also says that liars won't go to Heaven. So that would pretty much knock all of us out of the running if we were not given grace through Jesus Christ. Homosexuality is not the unforgivable sin, but it is a sin. That's straight from the Bible. If a gay person were to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior, ask for forgiveness, and sincerely repent...yes, I believe that a person who was gay on the Earth could go to Heaven. The Lord will judge our actions and our hearts.

Which heaven? Gee... between Muslims, Jews, catholics, Christians, born again people, used car salesmen...Take your pick...You can only get into one heaven. I know... I know... I'm leaving out the major religions.
I figure if a person believes they are going to heaven... They go to heaven. If they believe they are going to hell... they go to hell. It is personal. Between them and their god or gods...
I don't believe they go anywhere. At best you get reincarnated and start life again with your memory erased. I can't prove this because I forgot. But it does make sense if you like being a woman in a previous life and now you are a man... Some lingering thoughts might still be present from a previous life.
OOOh... Hitler and Stalin... might be among us, reincarnated!!! I hope they pursued their art instead of world power. Another reason to support struggling artist... Just to keep the world safe for world wars.
Now I bet you are for the death penalty... I say leave them locked up for a very long time... Don't set them free to be born again somewhere else. Let them learn something in this life.
Does 1 Corinthans 6:9 saying anything about renting in heaven? Or possibly trailer courts? Something down by the river or railroad tracks? I don't need to inherit anything...

Only fifty, that is so sad that so many could care less about homosexuality. A true atheist doesn't care how others think about them. It must be on your mind, wondering what is going to happen to you when you die. You will never have any peace because deep down you know there is a God, and one day you will be judged. You are like so many that love to live as they please, and hope it isn't true. It bothers you so much you make fun of those that do believe, thinking somehow it will help you shake off this feeling of despair. I got news for you, nothing you do will help, like it or not you are living because a loving God made you. This is his planet, and you are trespassing on it.

God doesn't let people into heaven based on sexual preference. 1 Corinthians 6:9 lists a WHOLE BUNCH of sins that won't get you into heaven. And homosexuality wasn't even the first sin mentioned on the list or "solely" emphasized, like you're emphasizing.

All of straight, bisexual and gay people won't go to heaven at all because there is no heaven, period! There's no God or Devil. Only people created God and Devil; not vice versa!!! Bible is a part of fairy tale and a part of history event. Since you stated you are atheistic, why did you ask that question? Once we die, we sleep forever!
