Some details...
He & I have known that each other existed since I was a freshman, and he was a junior ( 3 yrs ago ) But it wasn't until this summer when I worked with him, and my best friend, that we REALLY got to know each other. We talk sometimes, its casual. But then my friend tells me that him & their cousin were talking about me, he asks about me, blah blah blah.

He's really cool but I'm a little bit confused if he sees me as a little sister, or someone he might potentially like/does like now.

Any way to tell the difference? Because he's pretty sneaky about letting people know he likes them, lets just say he's not a huge flirt, and neither am I so what should I do? & what do you think he thinks?

HEADS UP:
please don't give me any advice like "it might ruin your relationship with your BFF, or " it might make things weird between you and your BFF" or "tell your BFF first" or "Try talking to your BFF, she could ask her brother for you"

thanks you guys are awesome!

Just act normal if he likes you he would tell you or just tell him what you feel because if the worst answer is no so just try it you'll never know until you ask!

I had a problem like that before with my bff. She use to come over my house and be under my cousin all the time and left me hanging. I didnt like it because I felt used and like she would put me right along to the side for him any day (which isnt a good feeling). Its friends before guys. Also she spent all her time with him so it became annoying and created a problem. If you want to go over there all the time dont go because of him go so you can hang with your bff and chill with her brother sometimes. Bff should get a little more time and her brother should get lesser time especially if yall never will have anything go on between yall why invest all your time in him. Play hard dont make it so noticeable that you have a crush on him and he got your full attention.

Ask him if he would like to go to a movie or out for coffee with you. If he says no, then look elsewhere. Maybe he is too shy or uncertain of your answer to make the first move.

I wouldn't go there but if the feelings are mutual then go for it. Try and talk to him, watch his body language. This happened to me and it destroyed me and my best friend and the marrage lasted less then a year and she is gone forever. Make sure its there and real!

Why not just ask the guy? Why are girls so afraid? If you like him, girl, go tell him.

If you don't like him forget him and let him drool as you walk around.

Good luck.

What other advice is there to give you? Well you could be bold and ask him or wait for him to ask you out.
