If you have windows xp just right click on the compressed folder and select the option to extract the font files to the folder of your choice. Once you have the font files there go to your control panel and double click on the FOnts icon.

Once that folder is open select Install new Font from the file menu. Browse to the folder with the font files you downloaded and and select the fonts you want to install and click ok. The font will be available to Word and any other program that uses fonts.

You will probably have to download WinZip, a shareware program used to unzip files.
Here is the link: http://www.winzip.com/

I don't know how to get the fonts onto Word but perhaps the program does that for you.
It can be a bit tricky extracting zipped files, so I usually choose Extract to ... Desktop.
Good Luck

First of all I hate WinRaR so I would try to find a freeware version of a compression tool. If you have Windows XP/2000/ME then you can use the unzip feature in the top of the files toobar its called extract.
