I think that you may think something else when you ask that! You probably think is that grammatically correct, A BOY, A SHE! You don't mean is boy a girl! But maybe I'm wrong! You should have explained your question!

girl /woman =she ;)

A boy is a he. Take off the s to make it a he.
Have you noticed, all feminine words are just additional to the mascinline. Example:

M: Men
W: Women

M: Him
W: Her (Exception)

M: He
W: She
