I answer this from experience: CHARM and stability. I had a few serious relationships before I married my husband. He is 19 years my senior and the best thing that ever happened to me. He wasn't loaded, but he was a well known local artist in Philly and made enough to earn a decent living. Besides learning so much from him, I really enjoy talking to him and spending time with him. He takes care of himself, is extremely good looking, and he dotes on me in way younger men don't. To be honest, I had no idea how old he was when I first met him. I didn't intentionally go out to look for an older man, it just happened.

Girls mature earlier than boys. So a man in his late 20's and early 30's are basically at the same maturity level as a 16 year old girl. Girls also like the protection and security that an older man can provide. And in case you're wondering, I know this because I've only been able to fall in love with man 15 years older than me or more.

There are mainly two things: A) Girls usually always like taller guys, and B.) Girls feel that an older guy will bring more comfort and support, as if the older the guy, the more they'll feel protected.

I know this is kind of cruel, but a younger guy can seem immature and childish, as if SHE would have to be the one to take care of HIM. And, in some cases, girls date older guys to impress their friends, but that isn't a very great reason.

If it's twice their age it most often is money, sorry to say. I mean, if Hugh Hefner wasn't the wealthy man that he is today with the playboy empire, just walking down the street, how many young beautiful women would want to be with him? Now if it is just a 5-10 year difference, maybe. Same thing with Donald Trump, come on, supposing he was a computer repairman, how many young women would be eager to jump into the sack with him. It's not happening.

evolution...women were designed to acquire resources for her and her child. Most women will deny it but it is true, women don't think about it consciously to go after rich men..but the security and stability are what draws a woman in. older men have had the time to sow his wild oats and has more worth than a 20 year old. It is the exact opposite for women, a woman's value goes down when she grows older, money for men and child bearing years for women.
