i don't know what i did, but all of a sudden this stuff has come up on microsoft word. like when i hit 'enter', it skips a line like it's supposed to, but it puts the paragraph symbol in there. and in between each of my words it puts a dot. how do i get it off? i tried closing microsoft word and reopening it, but that doesn't work. it's like it marks when i've skipped a line and when i've put spaces in.

Look for the paragraph symbol on your toolbar. It's a Show/Hide command for paragraph symbols. Click it off and you should be fine.

Good luck!

To get rid of this feature, click on the symbol on the top toolbar - it looks like the letter P reversed. It is on the left of the drop down box showing percentages. I hope I am explaining this to you.
Good Luck!
