White tattoos are risky because they don't usually stay, meaning that they fade quickly and often need touch up every couple months just to keep them visible. Also the lighter your skin the more visible they are. I don't have a white tattoo but I really wanted one and did a bunch of research on it, going to different tattoo shops around town and browsing the net, I was really disapointed by the results. As for the black light stuff I'm sure you could but if you're looking for a white tattoo when the light is normal good luck to you but know that most artist won't do them because of the fact they don't stay and that reflects poorly on their work. hope this helps. :)

Yes, you can. They are invisible (the tat) in regular light, but in a room with black light, it shows up. Here's a link to a place that does it....

I'm pretty sure but if u do dont put it at the bottom of Ur back because the if u get a baby u will get a i9infection when they inject you :)

Yeah but wat kind of bllack light light the one thay glows in the dark (im kind if slow Ha Ha Ha), well Ithink it will look awesome
