nadinola cream?

Has anyone used this and got lighter skin from it? It contains Hydroquine 3% as one of it's main ingredients, is that strong? How long should you use it to see results, in a medium to darkish tan skin?

I had used this product before for my elbows and it helped a little. It had taken approximately two months to notice a change on my elbows. I had also noticed that area became more sensitive and I had soreness there so I'd stopped using it. Use it at your own risk, but please read the warning label before you purchase it or any similar products.
