I heard something about that today, how does it work?

It doesn't work. You're practially starving yourself for a few days. As soon as you pop solid food back in your mouth the weight plus more comes back

You will not starve. You will not instantly become thin. Fasting is consuming only liquids. When the body does not have to deal with digesting solid food and getting rid of the waste that solid food creates, it can concentrate on getting rid of toxins. The most common reason to fast is to eliminate disease or from the body.



How much weight will I lose?

Water just help you to the successful weight loss. Except giving freshness to body, water helps smoothing the digestive system and removes toxins in the body. The more toxins in your body the more difficult for you to lose weight!

Plain water is not only to quench thirst, but also helps when you feel hungry. Do you know that the receptor of thirst and hungry which have the same function for brain sometimes change from hunger to thirst. Drink the right amount of water - 4 to 6 pints per day and this will flush out toxins and also keep your hanger pangs at bay.

We cannot tell the difference between thirst and water so drinking plenty can help prevent eating food when we simply just need a drink.

It is better known as FASTING-- consuming only water. The 2 most famous Jews, Jesus and Moses did it for 40 days. But do not listen to people who have not done it and are petrified with fear over rumors about it. See webpage below with info from 11 MDs on it. Also tap water is unhealthy.

Basically, you do not eat and you drink water all the time. The better term for it is starving yourself. You put your body in starvation mode, and once you take yourself off of the diet and eat solid food, your body will retain the calories and you will gain all the weight you lost back, plus some. Its not healthy.

You drink 6 glasses of water, excersize in water, take a showen in water, BE THE WATER, and you are gaurenteed to loose weight!!!
