Grants for out of state students?

I pay out of state tuition at CSU ( colorado state university) i was wondering if i could get a grant for some free $ cuz i know i can take out loans and trust me i have. I was just wondering if you can get free money even if you dont live in a cardboard box. Thanks for the help.

Its probably good to go out of state for college, but you miss out on in state grants. The only thing available would be pell

Well, why would that matter to you, being as you do live in a cardboard box.
