Well I use Mane and Tail shampoo and it does seem to make my hair grow a little faster you might want to try it at home and see what happens.

Brushing your hair nightly with a plastic bristle brush, making sure you brush from the scalp down will help. Brushing it gets the blood circulating in your scalp which in turn feeds the follicles of your hair giving them what they need to grow.

GOOD question i did the same thing i permed my hair it was long at 1st den i cut it. what i did is the mayo treatment then i kept it braded 4 a long time now its even longer than what it was even be4ore i got the perm so i suggest u do that
