I got my first tattoo done on the inside of my wrist. I put it in a place that it can easily be covered by my watch if I want to.
It didn't really hurt at all. It stung at places at certain times, but really, it wasn't that bad. A lot better than my second tat. That hurt a lot!
This is a very sensitive place and if you don't know quite how to do it, hard to hide. Employers frown on body art and might not appreciate it like you do. Just take time to think about it.

a tattoo is painful anywhere you get it but if you get it on your wrist the one thing you also have to worry about is when you move your wrist you are streching the scabs and stuff and it might not heal as good as any other place. My husband has one on the top of his wrist and said that he wouldn't do it again cause he couldn't move his wrist normally. Good luck!!

Stings (no more than any other tattoo) a little but the tendons and veins on the inside of your wrist basically roll from side to side when you get tattooed there.

This is a very bad place for a tattoo. Its the site of many veins and arteries and if you someday hate it, its a hard place to cover up. I don't think it would be very much more painful than other areas tho, in response to your question.

if its real bony the more it will hurt
