Okay I had this dream about my grandmother about two or three weeks ago. It seemed like I was walking on the street and I saw and I approached her but she kept looking down and she didnt talk back and just walked away. The other day I got the notice that she had been very sick with high fever and things like that. Shes better now, and of course Ive talked to her and shes in very good health . COuld anyone explain why I had that dream and what it meant, did it mean anything other than her being sick?

Well, it depends on how you want to look at it. More often than not dreams are just projections of yourself on different levels. Perhaps the figure of your grandmother represents wisdom, or knowledge, and her silence could represent a disconnect from that aspect of yourself. Or you can look at it in the spiritual manner. Silence in dreams is generally linked to feeling uncomfortable, an issue has the forefront in the dream, and the way the figure handles the discomfort is disconnecting. Glad to hear your grandmother is feeling better! Tell her I say hello!

she seemed to be sad at the time of your dream. maybe that time (when she was sick), she was hoping to see her children and grandchildren. she missed them, but she would not want to call and cause trouble for her loved ones to travel all the way down to her place. or another reason she didn't talk back to you and walked away, was because she didn't approve what you're doing or going to do. think about it, maybe you are up to something that you might just want to talk things out with her. she might help you in other ways. if, not, just call her once in a while. check with her if everthing's allright. you know, its better to catch up things with her since she's still around. not too late though... give it a thought.

Dreaming of close relatives being sick could mean you are in the midst of feeling obligated to have more communication with her. Perhaps, you don't want to lose her due to her age. Projectinig her in a sick situation is indeed a warning or reminder sign to you

I think God sometimes gives us dreams to just pray for that person.Maybe you have such a gift of being an intercessor for people.God says in the bible he will give dreams and visions to people.Maybe you should pray and ask God for more dreams,I don't want to sound religious or anything because I'm not.But I do believe in God and I feel hes trying to pour his gifts out to a new generation. If you believe in Him he will give you some really great things.God Bless your dreams

I have a book on the meaning of dreams. I know I will be ridiculed for saying this but you had a psychic experience.

It means you had a dream about your granny. Then, by coincidence, you heard that she had been ill (how rare is that in old people?).

2+2 = several thousand. Spooky!!

Re: Illria: I would never ridicule you, as your guess is as good as anyone else's as to the supernatural.

You could fear losing her or her approval on something you are doing or thinking of doing.
