Bet your going to get told yes.
Like if he asks for forgiveness he'll be allowed into heaven, but still has to suffer the consequence of his actions here. But the Atheist who has never harmed anyone won't be welcome because he didn't accept God.
I find that belief to be absolutely unfair, and unjust.

That depends on the "christian's" points of conversion and criminal activity.
If the rapist/murder, after committing his crimes, repents afterward and accepts Christ, his former life is erased by God's grace. The R/M in effect "dies" and is replaced by the Christian.
If a "Christian", however, commits these crimes while professing to know Christ, then he shows his "faith" to be false. He is not really a Christian, no matter how much scripture he spouts. He's toast!
There is no "line" to get into Heaven, btw. God is not choosing a basketball team out of saints, athiests, and nerds.
The atheist will be judged on what he knows and does, apart from other people. God does not grade on a curve.

Yes, because he accepted Jesus who took the punishment that he deserve. But the "non-rapist non-murderor" sadly, would go to hell becuase he rejected Jesus who died for him (and rose to life on the third day).
If you hate someone, then you want that person dead, so that makes you a murderor even though you didn't actually murdered him.
"He who hates his brother is a murderer," (1 John 3:15).
We are all murderors for we all have hated

No sin is greater than the power of Jesus Christ crucified for all sin.
God desires all men to be saved.
The Christian rapist, murderer, and the atheist good guy need the same Jesus.
Hell will be full of wonderful, moral people.
Human reason can't stand that.
Thanks be to God salvation is not based on our righteousness but upon Jesus' righteousness.

I'm not quite clear on what you are asking.
You want to know if someone who kills a rapist who rapes Christians is going to heaven?
Possibly.
I don't think any atheist is going to heaven...
I'd like to go to Never-Never land, but, since I don't believe such a place exists, I don't think I'll ever get there.
Let's see...third star on the right and straight on till morning, isn't it??
I can't even remember the directions!! WHAAAAH!!!!!!!

You can make up hypothetical questions all day long. It still doesn't make you a better person then anybody else. If you think it is unfair or unjust of God to die for the sins of the world and to offer the free gift of eternal life to whosoever believes, then that is your problem.

God doesn't have small, medium, large, and extra large sins.
A lie will get you to hell just as murder will.
lusting at a women is as adultery because you've done "it" in your heart.
The religious leaders at Jesus' time were the strictest a group could be about dos and don'ts.Some of their dos and donuts had nothing to do with God.When Jesus helped people they were angry about His attention and when He helped, not happy that people were helped.
Read the New Testament.

the project with that question is that it assumes that somebody can lead a "good life". no longer one person that i be attentive to has led a life without falling wanting excellent. have you ever lied? Ever thieve any component? Ever cheat on a try at school. Ever no longer did the final you ought to at a activity you had. maximum persons might admit that a majority of those issues are wanting being good. we tend to view are selves as "no longer as undesirable as that guy or woman" or " a minimum of we not at all killed absolutely everyone. Or what ever. as quickly as a guy or woman admits that they fall short then and purely then can we come to a real repentant state. We decide on a curve God merely perspectives us as to blame or harmless. we are all to blame and fall short. the actual question is what could be executed approximately it.

What do you hope to gain with this question? Why do you try so hard to disprove God's love? You are doing what the Scribes and Pharisees and satan did to Jesus, tried to trap Him with meaningless questions. But Jesus was smarter than all the traps. He just spoke the truth with love.
God chose everyone by giving us His son Jesus. Now the choice is ours.
