No way would I eat spaghetti without meat in the sauce.
It's just not a meal that way.
If you are cooking for a lady and are not sure, what you could do is make meatballs instead of grinding up the meat in the sauce. That way, she could choose not to eat the meat, if she didn't want it.

Meat, of corse. Us woman may say that it has to much calories or something like that, but deep down if there is a choice we would def choose the meat, it taste so good.
