I was condsidering the posibility of trying to bulk up eating a vegetarian diet and doing body weight type exercises. I'm well muscled in a skinny guy way and I'm very well toned. I'm not entirely displeased with my body, I was just wondering how I might feel differently if I added ten or fifteen pounds of muscle. Can't hurt to try.

You could bulk up with a vegi diet but would have to drink protein shakes. i dont know how you feel about those but i cant see any other way for you to get the protein you would need to bulk up. You need about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight a day. If you think you can do it with just vegi's then by all means do it. I just dont think it would be possible with out protein shakes. I think they make soy protein shakes but im not sure. Yuo can check at www.bodybuilding.com. If they exist they wil be there.
