I want to further myself as a Lawyer. Do you think that sounds better? I am 24 years old. If you asked me what is your occupation and I I'd say a Legal Assistant, what would you think? good/bad/ok?

I think legal assistant is great! but if you're ambitious and want to continue on to law school DO IT!! the more education you get, the more specialized you become, the more money you'll make, and chances are the more free time you'll have to do stuff that you actually enjoy. There are already quite a few lawyers in the US though. It's never bad to get more education. But also, any career that you choose is good, as long as you educate yourself in whatever you want to specialize in. A car mechanic should get education in the automotive field. A farmer should educate himself in agriculture. More education is NEVER bad. I think that whatever you do is good, just as long as you do the best you can in that area. But if I approached someone of the opposite sex and they told me they were a lawyer....that would DEFINITELY be a plus!

Legal assistant is a good job. Doesn't always pay that well. Depends on who you are assisting.
