Safe?? I'm not sure if that's the right word. My ex and I r friends....He's dating a friend of mine and he was nice enough 2 ask me if it was OK with me. He's really sweet and i'd do whatever to get him back, but.........hm....that's life. I hope 1 day we'll be back together but for now? If he's happy, i'm happy. Good Luck!

I guess so for a hello hows you type of friendship but nothing else - your new partner or your exs new partner may not see things in the same light, its all ways a hard one as someone is bound to get a case of the green eyed monster or worse

well....it depends....but i would have to say yes....im still liek very good friends with one of my ex Bf's i have no feelings for him its just a healthy friendship although my bf doesnt seem to like..so for the sake of my current relationship i dont really talk to my ex....and on the other hand another ex...well we didnt end off on a good note...i still stay hi when i see him...im not the type to hold grudges

It usually is, but it depends on what kind of guy he is, if you felt unsafe around him while you were dating, or scared of what he might do when you broke up... it might not be a good idea to be firends with him now.

being friends with a ex comes with some responsibility like you need to put up with there begging for you to come back and then when they want a booty call they call you first because they think i did her before she should do it again so if you like the ol' booty call then sure go for it but if not then never speak to him again if it were me i would take one booty call then when he finishes up i would tell him to not bother calling again
